How does Fir burn compared to Hardwoods?
Quite similar to Birch
It burns HOTTER and LONGER than ALder
It burns faster than Maple, but has a bigger flame
Way better than Pine

Why does some wood not have bark?
Some of the wood was going to be poles. The company that I buy them from stack and dries logs for 2 years, in that time if they crack they are rejected and I buy them. Sometimes they cut them to length and I buy the cut-off's.
If I order now, when will I get it?
Depends on weather and how busy I am.
Usually, 1 day for single orders, 1 week on 4 loads.
